We met Nick, Matt and Lewis initially through having some major internal chimney work done and a new wood burner fitted. We were impressed with their work ethic so invited them to quote for a single storey extension after our planned builder let us down. The quote was reasonable and we agreed a time scale based on our required finish date. Prior to the start date of mid-January, Nick proved to be conscientious by communicating with our architect, structural engineers and preparing for the build. During the whole project we were kept informed and weekly discussed any issues. During the coldest weather, they still turned up and we trusted them whist we were at work. Complications always occur during a build and these were dealt with by clearly explaining the issues and offering optional solutions and costs. They worked with the separate window company in a helpful manner and the build was completed in time with less than 5% over budget......with minimum stress!
